Our process for out-of-town clients is personal. We discuss their housing and other-than-housing needs… educational, health, social. We talk about connections that they might like to make in their new community. We talk about it all, including what “style” agent they would most like to work with. Our Relocation Director then pairs the transferring executive with an agent best suited to meet his/her needs.

In planning for the buyer’s visit, we get ready to roll out the red carpet, greeting clients at the airport with a relocation packet. Next, our agents drive clients on a tailor made tour of sites and neighborhoods with a stop at our local coffee shop. The home search is just one small piece of the move. We enjoy providing an inclusive and holistic approach for the entire family. Our approach to assisting relocating individual’s and families when they are transitioning to a different state is just as thorough. We are accustomed to handling the preparation and sale of our clients’ homes after they have relocated and while they are out of town.
